I am Awais Farooq. I run paid media, SEO, and performance campaigns for companies that care about results, not dashboards full of vanity metrics. Ten years plus across services, healthtech, and ecommerce/FMCG. UK and UAE markets.
I have spent the past ten plus years doing one thing: making digital marketing deliver revenue, not just reports. I hold an MBA in Marketing and have worked across the UK, UAE, and Pakistan for companies ranging from the region’s largest health insurer to commercial catering equipment suppliers and early-stage ecommerce brands.
Right now, I am the Digital Marketing Specialist at Caterglobe in London, where I built the company’s entire digital presence from scratch. Before that, my strongest work came at Daman, the UAE’s national health insurance company, where I managed a budget of over two million pounds and delivered a 28% year-on-year increase in digital leads.
I am not a generalist who dabbles. I go deep on paid media, SEO, and analytics. I build the tracking, run the campaigns, read the data, and adjust. If something is not working, I say so.
I lead with what happened, not how many meetings it took to get there.
Numbers tell you what happened. Experience tells you why. I use both.
If your campaign does not make anyone feel anything, it did not work.
I use AI daily. But the creative direction, the copy angle, the strategy, those come from a human.
In the age of AI, my skill set spans the full marketing function. I work in a T-shape: broad knowledge across every channel so I can step into any role, with deep performance in the areas below.
I plan, build, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Budget management, audience segmentation, creative testing, and continuous bid optimisation. I have managed campaigns from a few hundred pounds to six figures and the approach is the same: spend where the data tells you to, cut where it does not.
Technical audits, on-page optimisation, keyword research, and content strategy. I have taken sites from invisible to page one. The work is not glamorous but it compounds.
If you cannot measure it, you cannot improve it. I set up GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking properly from day one. I build dashboards in Power BI and Looker Studio that tell you what to do next, not just what happened last month.
I manage and optimise websites on WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, and Pimcore. I build landing pages, improve UX, and handle site speed. I also set up automation workflows using Zapier and manage email campaigns through Mailchimp.
I create content and manage social channels across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Pinterest. At Caterglobe, I built the company’s social media presence from zero.
I have planned and coordinated OOH campaigns, working with agencies on location selection, managing design direction for billboard and print assets, and handling placement approvals and budgets.

Caterglobe supplies, maintains, and services commercial catering equipment across the UK. Clients include Gales, Megan’s, and several four- and five-star restaurant chains, including Michelin-starred kitchens.
When I joined, the company had no online presence at all. No social media, no SEO, no paid campaigns. I built everything from scratch: ran a full website audit, restructured the site architecture, created location-based landing pages for London and Manchester, set up all social channels, and launched an always-on brand awareness campaign.
Entire digital presence created from nothing: website SEO, social media (6 channels), Google Ads, email marketing, and automation workflows.
Ran a multi-channel activation (Google Ads, LinkedIn, landing page, and direct mail to 50 targeted businesses) to launch the Manchester team. Generated 60 callouts in the first three months.

Abu Dhabi, UAE
The UAE’s largest health insurer. I managed end-to-end digital strategy across SEO, PPC, display, and social with a budget exceeding two million pounds. I led the migration of the corporate website to Pimcore CMS over ten months, introduced a cross-departmental KPI dashboard using Power BI, and ran multiple campaigns including Hayakom, Ziyara, and Alami.
Over £2M across Google Ads, Meta, programmatic display, and campaign-specific media buys.
28% year-on-year growth in digital leads through continuous optimisation and better budget allocation based on live data.
